He met a friend on the boat, then they caught the train to Pads and stopped in Milan Hotel. While staying in Pads, he visited some historic sites. After a few days he went by bus to Lyon, and arrived there in the evening. He stayed in a small hotel. Next day he visited Lyon Museum of Natural History. Early on the third day, he took a bus to Monaco. He thought Monaco was an attractive city and he stayed there for nearly two weeks in Anchor Hotel in the center. He visited a lot of museums and art galleries (艺术画廊). In Monaco he hired a car and drove south down the coast on Marseille. He stayed in Moucher Hotel with some friends for three days.
