Thank you for your interest in joining us for this year’s annual IT Solutions conference here in St. Louis. Although many events sell out rapidly, I am delighted to inform you that spaces are still available to attend some of our seminars. I have attached a copy of the schedule. Please let me know which ones you would like to be present at. This year, in addition to our usual complimentary meal vouchers and parking permits, we have also teamed up with a local hotel chain to offer all conference attendees rooms at a reduced rate. Further information on this will be sent in the mail with your entry tickets. We are also pleased to announce that the same guest speakers will once again be opening and closing the conference for the 3rd straight year. These lectures are always highly anticipated, and I’m sure all the conference participants will be keen to attend.

Dear Mr. Westwood,
Thank you so much for your letter and information regarding the IT Solutions conference. I am really excited about this year’s event. I am particularly looking forward to attending the introductory lecture as I have just finished reading the speaker’s latest book. With regards to the seminars, I was very interested in discussing future challenges faced by our field but was put off by the high asking price of $109. As such, I would like to book a place for the seminar hosted on May 2 instead. I feel the knowledge gained on this topic will be invaluable to pass on to the other employees here at Technolab. I will send a check for the full amount tomorrow. I would also be grateful if you would send me directions to the conference venue from the train station. As I remember, I got quite lost last year.
