M: Hello, Teresa. Sorry, I’m late. My lunch meeting with Ms. Thompson took longer than expected. Did I receive any calls or messages?
W: Just a couple, Mr. Williams. Mr. Kim called about the renovation of the town hall. And, the children’s choir sent an e-mail asking for sponsorship for their summer workshop. Why did your meeting run late?
M: There was a lot to discuss. She was telling me about some interesting techniques for delegating assignments. I’m really happy about that because they’re definitely going to help me when the time comes to organize our next projects.
