                                食品安全的重要性
    “民以食为天，食以安为先”。食品的安全与否和我们的生活息息相关。人，从出生开始，就懂得饿了就要吃东西。吃，是大自然里所有生物都会做的一件事情。我们所吃的东西就叫做食品。随着我国经济的不断发展，食品种类越来越丰富，产品数量供给充足有余，在满足食品需求供给平衡的同时，食品质量安全问题越来越突出。假冒伪劣食品频频被曝光，危害消费者身体健康和生命安全的群发性事件时有发生，食品安全问题已成为全国消费者关注的焦点。如果人是河流，那么食品就是河流的源泉。假如源头受到污染，那么整条河流也将同样受到污染。
    随着我国社会主义市场经济不断发展，食品安全逐渐成为备受关注的焦点，食品的种类越来越丰富，新的食品安全问题不断涌现，严重危害人民群众的身体健康，食品安全尤为重要，食品质量安全关系到人民群众的身体健康、生命安全。但我国的食品供应体系主要是围绕解决食品供给量问题而建立起来的，对于食品质量安全的关注程度不够。我国食品行业在原料供给、生产环境、加工、包装、贮存运输及销售等环节的质量安全管理，都存在严重的不适应性。同世界其他国家一样，目前，由致病微生物和其他有毒、有害因素引起的食物中毒和食源性疾病是对我国食品质量安全构成的最明显威助。特别是近年来，一些企业无视国家法律，惟利是图，在食品生产加工中不按标准生产，偷工减料，掺杂使假，以假充真，滥用添加剂，以非食品原料、发霉变质原料加工食品，致使重大食品质量安全事故屡有发生。直接危害了人民群众健康安全，严重打击了广大消费者的消费心理。人们对食品谈之色变，食品质量安全问题构成了社会反映强烈的热点。
    食品质量安全涉及千家万户，是老百姓生存最基本的要求，食品质量安全没有保证，人民群众的身体健康和生命安全就没有保证，和谐社会也就无从谈起。食品是人类赖以生存和发展的最基本的物质条件，食品安全涉及人类最基本权利的保障。

With the continuous development of China’s economy, the variety of foods is more and more abundant, and the supply of products is sufficient. At the same time, the issue of food quality and safety is becoming more and more prominent. Food safety issues have become the focus of consumers across the country. There are the following factors to cause the current problems: Firstly, China’s food industry has serious incompatibility in the quality and safety management of raw material supply, production environment, processing, packaging, storage, transportation and sales. Secondly, food poisoning and foodborne diseases caused by pathogenic microorganisms and other toxic and harmful factors are the most obvious threat for China’s food quality and safety. And those enterprises who violate the law and regulation make the situation worse and urgent. Food quality and safety involves thousands of households. It is the most basic requirement for the survival of ordinary people. Without guarantee for food quality and safety, there will be no guarantee for the health and safety of the people, and there is no way for a harmonious society.
