On the second floor, more than 80 kinds of newspapers and 200 sorts of magazines and periodicals are on display, welcoming groups of readers. Materials about social science and humanity are available on the third floor. Novel-lovers can go up to the top floor to choose their favorites from among 300 000 books in literature and art. People there can acquire a lot from the library, which, to some extent, broadens the scope of their minds. They enjoy going to library so much that it seems to be a part of their lives.
