Healthy Life As is apparently shown in the chart above, many middle school students have problems both physically and mentally. According to the survey among 600 senior three students, we find 70% of them have learning anxieties as well as bad eyesight, and a larger percentage (80%) lack sleep. Half of them are faced with inadequate physical exercise. Besides, 40% of the students surveyed won’t obey their parents or teachers because of the great pressure. Still fewer claimed not to have enough communication with others. As far as I am concerned, we students should balance our physical exercise and studies. Just as a saying goes, all work but no play makes Jack a dull boy. Without a sound body one cannot achieve anything. Unfortunately, not only teachers and parents but also students have paid too much attention to studies, which has caused many consequences. And therefore, I suggest we be given less homework and more time for out-of-class activities. At the same time, parents and teachers should spend more time communicating with students instead of exaggerating the importance of study. Only in this way can we lead a healthy life.
