Another reason is that they can be a big fish in a small pond. They can easily get the management’s attention and may win promotion earlier. As far as I am concerned, to make a wise choice, two important things should be taken into consideration: the interest and the demands of people and society. Only if the two aspects are connected can a man make full use of his talent and ability.
