答案Dear Sir or Madam, As you know, the library is most frequently visited in the school. Here, I’d like to put forward some suggestions concerning the services provided by the library for your consideration. My first suggestion is that the library make greater efforts to go digital so as to give more convenience to the students to get access to and download the materials for study and research. It seems that our library is lagging behind many other university libraries. My second suggestion is that the computers in the lobby should be well-maintained. We often have to queue up to borrow books due to the crash of the computers. It is high time the library updated the computers or the system. We would feel all the happier if you could take my suggestions into your kind consideration. Thank you. Sincerely yours, Li Ming
