Announcement from the President
Nowadays, the quality of universities’ and colleges’ future in the United States depends on how well they respond to evolving realities in the larger world beyond their walls. Ultimately, the most significant standards affecting universities may be their practicability and adaptability to the rapid development of society and the benefits students can draw from their disciplines. Therefore, our universities will increasingly offer a greater variety of secondary coursework, training, degrees, diplomas, and courses of one kind or another next semester. In addition, a master’s degree of science in computer systems management will be available as an Internet course through information technology both internally and externally.
Today we will discuss how clothes reflect people’s feelings. What I’m talking about is more of a subconscious thing. Take for example, a student who is away from home at college or university: if he tends to wrap himself up more than the others, this is because he is probably feeling homesick. Similarly, a general feeling of insecurity can sometimes take the form of over-dressing in warmer clothes than are necessary.
I think people who are sociable and outgoing tend to dress in an extrovert way, preferring brighter or more dazzling colors—yellows, bright reds, and so on. In the same way, aggressive clothes might indicate an aggressive personality or attitude to life. Think about the threat displays used by animals when they want to warn off opponents. Moreover, the care over the way we actually wear our clothes indeed has something to tell us. The length, for example, of a man’s trousers speaks volumes about his awareness of his own image. Or, if his trousers are at half-mast, sort of hanging down, this probably means he’s absorbed by other things.

These two students talk about new policies on the increase of an enormous variety of higher education in an Open University. This university decides to offer secondary coursework, training, degrees, diplomas and so on next semester. The students think that it’s really welcomed that universities provide more courses and training. The reasons can be listed as follows: first, more courses will help students learn something in detail and gain expertise. Meanwhile, all the knowledge can broaden their horizons and help them think everything in a logical way. Then, through this way students learn how to distill the extract from whatever they see and hear. Moreover, she believes that training will put knowledge into practice and make you know what kinds of knowledge weigh more. Therefore, they will choose to read books in a selective way and save a lot of time. In addition, the obtaining of diplomas will help students meet social needs. On account of these two reasons, she is quite in favor of these new policies.
