I’d like to thank you all for coming to our workshop this morning on product displays here at Wintergreen Department Store. I’m Andrew Schmidt, and I work as the marketing manager of the store. Before we start, I’d like you to take some time to fill out the questionnaires you’ve been given. The questionnaire is about your knowledge of displaying merchandise and will help me determine what topics to discuss over the next couple of days. When you are finished, hand them in to me and we will then start our workshop. This morning we will be studying some of our current store displays and analyzing them to find out if they are successful in selling merchandise.
