答案 This report aims to reveal office workers’ attitudes towards trainings they received last year. Managers and secretaries took part in this survey. This report summarizes the results. The majority believe that training is important for job. 84% of managers and 75% of secretaries hold that opinion. Only a small group—10 percent of secretaries and 12 percent of managers—felt the whole process was a waste of time. Meanwhile, 50% of managers believed the trainings were good for networking, so did 42% of the secretaries. 63% of secretaries and 70% of managers thought that the trainings were a good excuse for a change. To sum up, the trainings have been well received by both managers and secretaries.
