"No" was the answer. They would【B7】______who the teachers were and where they came from. As long as【B8】______could teach and had the required level of English, it didn’t matter. Thus, a new form of discrimination—this time justified because it【B9】______the unqualified—liberated the linguistically oppressed. But the Cambridge project did more than just that: it【B10】______that the needs of native and non-native teachers are extremely similar.
