答案 Cooperation for Teamwork Teamwork is greatly valued and highly appreciated today and it is playing an indispensable part in both learning and working. It is generally acknowledged that people who are successful in teamwork are diligent, cooperative, and communicative. The essential one among these factors is, according to me, cooperation. To be cooperative, in my opinion, team members should firstly know each other well. They ought to be aware of their strengths and weaknesses, which will help them get a right position in the team and build up their confidence and interest in the work. Meanwhile, this will promote their work efficiency. Secondly, team members should learn to share to share ideas about problems they encounter, opinions they have about each other, and their successes and failures. Sharing will give birth to fresh and creative ideas, and better understandings among team members. Finally, team members should learn to listen to others, including their criticism, which turns out to be quite an important part of being a successful team member.
