Why is the woman calling?

W: Hello. This is Anna Parker calling to follow up on the status of the calendars we ordered from your shop.
M: Actually, we have already finished the design as you specified. Your secretary informed us that you wanted to add pictures of your products to the calendar, so could you send me copies of the pictures that you would like to use?
W: Oh, if that’s the case, I’ll e-mail you the photos this afternoon so you can print the calendars as soon as possible. We need to give them away during a company event next week. And please show me the layout before you start printing. Thanks.
