W: Mr Kerr, I have.  You’re flying with American Airlines on 23 June. The flight leaves at 9 a. m.

W: Hello, I am calling about the group of visitors from Canada.
M: Oh, yes, what’s the detail?
W: Well, they are arriving on 5 September on flight CA 356  so that’s about 5:30 in the afternoon.
M: Do you want me to arrange the hotel for them?
W: That would be nice. I’ll e-mail the names of the visitors.
