答案28 December 2009 Dear Sir, I would like to take the opportunity to express my appreciation for your kind assistance as always. There are so many things I have learned in university. But I think the most important thing I’ ve learned is the ability of self-learning. Even though the major you have learned in university may be forgotten, the ability of self-learning will accompany with you through out your life. In the past years, I often went to our library, and I think the books of our library are well e-quipped. At last, I feel that it is my obligation to make some suggestions concerning the basic conditions of our dormitory. There are two unpleasant aspects that are inconvenient to us; the heating system is in need of improving, and a shelf is needed for us to put our books on. Thanks for your time. My best wish for you.
