答案 Imagination plays an important part in man’ s life. As Muhammad Ali once said, "The man who has no imagination has no wings. " Imagination is human’ s power of forming a mental image of something not present to the senses or never before wholly perceived in reality. It not only facilitates people in making sense of the world, but also helps them understand abstract concepts, which makes the learning process difficult. The most important application of imagination is in creating new things and solving problems. One can not deny that imagination is the source of art, science, culture, and many other areas. Many inventions and innovations are the result of man’ s imagination when confronted with daily problems. Painters, composers and writers create their works out of imagination. Without imagination , we will not have televisions, radios, computers: we are not able to travel to the other side of the earth in a couple of hours: we can not appreciate the works of Shakespeare, Da Vinci and Beethoven : we do not have Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck and Transformers. Imagination is to human as wings are to birds. With the help of imagination, one can go anywhere and do anything by using his mind.
