For this part, you are required to write a composition entitled How People Spend Their Holidays. You should write at least 120 words following the table and the outline given below.

(2)说明产生这些变化的原因;
(3)你的观点。

答案
How People Spend Their Holidays As is clearly shown in the table, there was a dramatic change in the way people spent their holidays from 2000 to 2015. In 2000, more than 50% people spent their holidays at home, while the figure decreased considerably to below 50% in 2010. And in 2015, most people chose to travel away from home. There are three reasons. To begin with, with the development of economy, people earn more money than before, winch allows them to have extra traveling expenses. In addition, people have realized the importance of getting well-informed of the outside world. Last but not least, by traveling, people are close to nature, which is beneficial both mentally and physically. As far as I am concerned, I prefer to go travelling instead of staying at home during holidays. On the one hand, I love meeting different people and taking in some fresh ideas. On the other hand, it is agreed that the world is becoming a global village. In brief, I have benefited a lot from traveling and will benefit more.
