Then how can we make a real difference to the problem of junk messages? Firstly, telecom companies should strengthen its supervision, forbidding their clients from sending junk messages. Secondly, severe punishment rules should be made to punish those who send junk messages. It is time to regulate the market of mobile phone short messages. With joint efforts, this disturbing phenomenon can be avoided.
