Actually, a certain amount of stress is necessary to provide motivation and stimulation. Without stress, you may slack off and dream away your time. Without stress, your life will become meaningless and dull. People need a certain stress to bring their potential into full play. In my opinion, we shouldn’t escape from stress but face it bravely. What we can do is to adapt to the stress and to profit from it rather than to avoid it. Of course it shouldn’t be overwhelming.
