Relaxing regularly can help reduce blood pressure and stress levels. Stress and high blood pressure are risk factors for many disorders. Studies show that laughing regularly【C9】prod______ hormones that strengthen the immune system. And, a stronger immune system fights off disease better. If you had to drop an income producing activity to make time to relax in your life, laughing and relaxing could cost you money.
What is the price of a healthy life? Little of the price involves money. Most of the price relates to changes in attitude,【C10】______(perceive)and our approach to life. After thinking about it, isn’t it worth for the chance to have a happier and healthier life?
