It is hard for me to believe that young students who should have spent their time studying and enjoying the happy life do like this. Therefore, how to cope with pressure has become a serious issue. We must bear in mind that pressure is inevitable, so we should learn to adjust ourselves to it and turn pressure into power. Also, it is essential to appropriately relieve ourselves of study and work and have a good rest.
