What type of weather should the listeners expect?

Now, we are going to examine the weather forecast for the coming week. We expect a minor heat wave to sweep across the nation with temperatures hitting as high as 35 degrees Celsius in some parts of the country, especially in the Mid-west. Tomorrow, we should see temperatures rise sharply to 29 degrees Celsius and then steadily increase to peak on Thursday and Friday of 35 degrees Celsius. They will then taper off by the weekend to 30 degrees Celsius. Currently, we have slightly above normal temperatures for this time of year, coasting at around 25 degree Celsius. Therefore, remember to try and stay indoors if possible, especially if you have any children or elderly under your care. And don’t forget to drink plenty of water.
