In order to be healthy, the most important thing is to maintain a positive attitude to life. Only with that, can we be willing to take part in different physical activities. Meanwhile, to keep a good exercise habit is also important. In modern society, many people stay for most of the day before the desk without doing any exercises, which definitely harms their health. Don’t put wealthy on such an essential position mat it seems wealthy could solve all the problems. As far as I am concerned, to keep a positive attitude, exercise regularly and have a good diet is the key to stay healthy. Without healthy, we will possess nothing.
