Teamwork plays an important part in our daily life and work, but sometimes problems will arise when we are teaming up. I still remember the time when several colleagues and I teamed up to do a program. At the beginning, we couldn’t agree with each other about what topic to choose, as we each had our own ideas. Later, we had a heated discussion, settled our disagreement and made our final choice. It turned out that the topic we chose was good and won high praise from the manager.
