W: Yes, sometimes we use an antibiotic, but you aren’t sick enough to make that worthwhile.
M: What? I am sick as I want to be. What is this’’ I’ m not sick enough? What’ s going on? Is this because I’ m capitation in Complicare? They tell you to save a few bucks by not prescribing penicillin.
W: That doesn’ t have anything to do with it. I treat you just like patients who pay right up front.
