In fact, if the field in which they operate is a competitive one, they will soon lose their place and not even hold their own. Good managers view their business as a challenge to their creativity. Individualists are needed to spark fresh ideas. They should encourage individualists to develop new ideas, combine different ideas into a good planning, adapt ideas from individualists, and stimulate individualists to think creatively.
