Only 2.6% of the respondents think it is a torture to work. The survey results reveal that people are generally satisfied with their jobs, which could be explained in the following aspects. Besides, with greater mobility in China, those who used to be confined in remote areas are now able to get access to more developed cities in China. Given the diverse options, people are highly dedicated to and more positive about their jobs. In general, most people are quite positive about their jobs, which is a good phenomenon.
