W: Mr. Smith? I’ve been trying to figure out when it is convenient for you to train our new staff. Could you look at these dates?
M: Sure. The twenty-third is out. I’ll be out of the office all day at a seminar. Either the twenty-fourth or the twenty-fifth is fine.
W: Well, why don’t we make it the twenty-fifth?
M: Sounds good! You take care of the whole thing. I’ve got to go. I’ve a meeting in five minutes.
