What’s more, people with parenting responsibilities would be disadvantaged, because they are neither able nor willing to work long hours.
    To employers, long working hours would lead to not only the lower quality of work output but also the high turnover of staff and absenteeism.

    People who are keen on work always put great effort into their tasks, work longer hours, and are more productive than those who aren’t. They work 25％ more hours than other employees.

As for me, I am in support of the limitation on working long hours. In the first place, working long hours will reduce employees’ leisure time and communication with others. As a result, it would be hard for them to maintain and improve their relations with family members and friends, which is detrimental to their lives. Moreover, people are more liable to get fatigued and sick because of the extension of working hours, which is a threat to their health. In addition, working long hours may result in chronic stress and psychological problems. In brief, there might be some exemptions, but the restriction on working long hours should be applied to the majority of workers. And people should learn to love themselves, arrange their time wisely and get enough rest, so that they can perform well at work.
