• Read the whole text quickly to find out what it is about. As you read, try to predict the words that might fill the gaps.

                         GETTING THE BALANCE RIGHT
     Leaving work on time may not sound like much of a (0).... However, in an experiment by glass manufacturers Dartington Crystal, it (19) ...  surprisingly difficult.
