    比赛目的：提高学生学习英语的兴趣
    比赛安排：分两组：英语专业组和非英语专业组；进行初赛、复赛、决赛；比赛日期12月24日
    比赛内容：首先朗诵一篇短文；然后就指定题目进行5分钟的演讲；最后就演讲内容回答问题。
