答案 A Letter of Application to Be a Volunteer Dear Sir or Madam, March 15th, 2014 I’m Li Ming, a sophomore from Peking University majoring in Environment Engineering. I’m very excited to get the news that your association is going to recruit some volunteers. So I’m writing to apply for it. Recently there have been many natural disasters worldwide, say, sandstorm, flooding, etc. Personally, I think this is partly due to the overuse of natural resources and destruction of the environment. As a major in environment study, I have develop a keen eye on environment pollution and protection and decided to do something to arouse citizen’s consciousness of environment protection.
