    Much to my regret, I write this letter to complain about your company’ s bad delivery service. The laptop (model number; AA/585) which I ordered from your company on Jan. 1 arrived yesterday. I am sorry to report that the laptop has been badly damaged. There was no unusual damage to the packing case, but when I opened it, I found that the front surface of the machine had been scratched.
    Since there is such damage to the laptop, I decide to file a complaint against the delivery service. Would you please let me know whether I should return the laptop to you for a replacement? Or should I take the laptop to your authorized service representative here? I will keep this laptop until I hear from you.
