答案My dear friends, It is my great honor to give a speech here. At first, please allow me, on behalf of the hosts, to express my heart felt welcome to you. Seeing you’re cheerfully greeting each other, I am proud of the profound friendship of our two universities over the decade. Today, Cultural Exchange Festival, the most characteristic activity jointly held by us, celebrates its 6th birthday. Also, we gather to celebrate the friendship between our two countries. The decade has witnessed increasingly frequent exchanges organized by our governments and non-governmental institutions. In the future there will certainly be more extensive cultural exchange, in which the non-governmental institutions will play a greater role. Predictably, our two universities will be more closely linked.
