Second, selfishness is a major block to happiness. To live life only for ourselves will bring us nothing but sadness and misery. In a word, I truly believe that the happiest people are those who set alone well with others and love many things, keep a good mood in their lives. They have their own way to enjoy and appreciate the world. They love their children, family and friends. They love both sunrises and sunsets. The most important is that they know how to share all of these with others.
