    Qualifications:
    - With a master degree in English(either linguistics or literature)
    - Proficiency in English and a good command of his/her major
    - Deep love for teaching profession
    - Ability to teach literature, linguistics and other courses for senior classes
    - Good at using computers and Photoshop
