答案
Obsessive Cellphone Use Disorder It is not rare to observe that quite a few people have a cellphone in hand while waiting for a bus or walking along the road. Some even can’t help keeping checking their cellphones for fear of missing some important information. Such people are said to have obsessive cellphone use disorder(OCUD). Nowadays, OCUD is increasingly prevalent as more and more people are addicted to the use of cellphones. For one thing, the popularization of cellphones partly contributes to the cellphone addiction as functions of cellphones range from surfing the Internet to playing fantastic video games. For another, a great number of people intend to relieve stress of study or work through cellphones for a lack of close friends. In my opinion, OCUD has brought us many bad effects, for example, health issues. Thus, it is high time that we took measures. First, we can make ourselves more involved in sports activities. Second, we should try to make more friends so as to get rid of the sense of loneliness. Only in these ways can we become immune to OCUD.
