What is the man’s problem?

M: I’m out of printer cartridges and urgently need to print a brochure. Who do I ask about ordering more?
W: Check the supply closet in the staff room. I saw lots in there the other day.
M: I just looked there and they are the wrong kind. I need color ink cartridges.
W: If it’s urgent, ask one of the assistants to go to the store and pick some up for you.
