No one worked in the seminar rooms on Thursday, March 9. I am sure because my team members and I had a meeting throughout the day. Please ask your employees and let me know if you find out anything that I should know.
To my knowledge, the work you have listed for March 6-7 took only one day to complete. Therefore, I believe the cost of the work should be no lower. In fact, when I got the complimentary estimate, your colleague said there would be additional charge to the cleaning detergent and supplies. I would appreciate it if the cost of these items would be taken off my invoice as well.
