Woman: Hello, this is Jane Smith from Student Center, City College. May I speak to Mr. Gates?
Man: Hello Ms. Smith, this is Andy Gates. How can I help you?
Woman : Hello, I’d like to place an order for a number of chairs. I talked with my friend about it, and he gave me your name card and told me your products and services were the best.
Man: Thank you and your friend. We always take customers’ needs as our top priority. Then, how many were you interested in ordering for purchase, and the model number if you know?
Woman: My friend gave me your new catalogue and I would like to place an order of 120 chairs with the model number 124-547. Do you have many available in the warehouse?
Man: Oh, 124-547 is our best-selling model, and we keep a large supply in stock.
Woman: Well then. I’d like 120 chairs by the end of this month. Could I get an estimate before placing an order?
Man: Certainly, I’ll have it for you by the end of the day.
