Similarly, the conflictions among students have been overwhelming in the classroom now and then. As a consequence, for teachers, how to deal with the confrontation among students currently has sparked spirited debate. Among all the measures to cope with the confliction happening among individual students, I think the following stands most effectively. First and foremost, teachers are supposed to elicit the importance of an ideal relationship among students, letting them to put stress on establishing a harmonious relationship among students. Moreover, when faced with the confliction inevitably, make efforts to help students to deal with the confliction correctly and calmly. Last but not least, as qualified teachers, we are bound to arrange all the trivial matters in the classroom, which is likely to put an end to the conflict among students. In a word, we, as qualified teachers, have the responsibility to offer active and scientific guidance to students. Only when teachers hold ideal conception and strive to deal with the confliction, can we be in a harmonious atmosphere, which is conducive to studying.
