答案 The bar chart reports the respondents’ effective methods of relaxing themselves. As it shows, 35% of the respondents choose to listen to music, and 25% would do exercise. A further 20% of the respondents would do some reading, while equally 10% would chat with their classmates and receive psychological counseling. The survey results suggest that students tend to unwind by means of solitude, as represented by listening to music, reading and exercising-maybe alone. Interpersonal communication, on the contrary, is less favored, as suggested in the survey results. The reason, as far as I am concerned, might be that these students are too shy to talk to others about the stress they are facing. They would rather find some other ways out. Despite this, I think people would have their own best way to relax. As the saying goes, "The most suitable way is the best one". The most important thing is to find out your own pattern and relax yourself in the way you are most comfortable with.
