I really can’t understand you saying these computers are unreliable. It certainly hasn’t been my experience. I’ve been using one for over a year and it’s never given me any trouble at all. Whatever else you say about them, you must admit they’re far more reliable than most other computers.

I can’t say how much I regret the action taken by one of our shops in the city. When you bought your computer, you automatically had a one-year guarantee, and we shall honour that guarantee. We’ll be glad to repair your computer free of charge and we’re very sorry indeed for what’s happened.
