From my point of view, it is beneficial and necessary to send sanitation workers on an oversea study tour. A tour abroad is a great opportunity for sanitation workers to learn from those advanced ideas and invaluable experience, which in turn will benefit our city. In fact, this is not the first study tour for Yibin. In 2010, a group of sanitation workers from Yibin were sent on a trip to Hong Kong, bringing home with helpful advice and suggestions.
