答案 Dear Sir, I am writing to you about a most unhappy experience. I booked the flight MA795 of your airline yesterday which was scheduled to take off at 15: 50 from Shanghai to New York. But it was not until 23: 30 that we were informed to board. During nearly 8 hours’ waiting, no staff of your airline gave any explanation, nor any water or food were provided. More than 100 passengers were left hungry and tired, including many children and elderly. I’m sure that you are able to thoroughly understand my discontent.
