As I see it, it is risky depending on online medical service and people had better stop it. First, online medical service is not reliable as it’s very difficult to guarantee the qualification of the doctors providing treatment online. Second, in brick-and-mortar hospitals, some-times patients need to have a thorough physical examination before being diagnosed. However, this can hardly be realized online, adding to the risks of misdiagnosis and delayed treatment. Third, every treatment and medicine prescribed is double or even triple checked in hospital, which is nearly impossible to carry out online. In conclusion, it is very risky seeking online medical ser-vice and it is better that people stop doing so.
