答案 As is profoundly shown in the drawing above, a " disabled" laughter is formed with excessive entertaining tricks and little moral connotation. What is conveyed in the picture is most meaningful and thought-provoking to all of us. Entertainment organizations should present cultural programs that promote moral ethics and provide practical information for housework. However, some programs are vulgar and do not conform to the healthy and positive orientation that entertainment programs should have. Some program hosts make inappropriate comments and some do not dress properly in the program. The style has offended viewers, so that the authority has to warn the entertainment organizations with the suspension order to make their program classier. In 2007, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) issued rules which are intended to uphold high moral standards. In 2010, SARFT published regulations on dating shows to curb media hype of money worship. Super Boy, similar in format to Super Girl, was also ordered to include only "healthy and ethically inspiring" songs. To solve this problem, everyone who is involved in the performing arts industry needs to add moral values to the routine entertainment culture and make efforts to elevate appreciative ability of the audience.
