答案 I choose topic A—what is important when introducing a reward system for staff. Concerning this topic, as far as I can see, three items are listed. For the first place, purpose of the reward system should be the first item to be introduced to the staff. As the employees, staff is always eager for reward for their contribution to the company and what they are worth. If the company fails to give proper reward, staff might subsequently feel not being fairly treated, and therefore frustrate their enthusiasm for their work. So the purpose is very important. Second, types of reward offered can be also important for the staff. Nowadays, people all wish to have their jobs better and better. So the staff must want to know how to get the reward from their company efficiently. So you should list the specific items for the staff. Take the full attendance reward for example, it means mat the staff will be given this reward if the staff no absent in one month. Third, the procedure of this reward system can be useful to the staff. The staff should have the right to know the specific steps of the reward system. For example, who will be the supervisor? And how to equally choose? I choose topic B—what is important when aiming to reach new markets. As to this topic, as far as I am concerned, there are 3 things to consider. First, I think the marketing research is always basic measurement the company should take, before the company gets into new the market. With the help of marketing research, you can learn about the needs of the consumer. No organization can survive for long without meeting consumer needs. Second, advertising is the most useful way to propagandize a company’s products and make them known to the public. Advertising is also the way to get the products orientated. The good orientation of the product can contribute to the future development of this product. Third, the high quality of the product is the substantial request. It is me assurance of the wider exploitation. It is the presupposition for consumers’ buying. I choose topic C — what is important when selecting a hotel for travelling on business. As for this topic, there are three aspects to mention here. In the first place, location is the preferential point. You had better choose a hotel near your office location, so that it is convenient for your activities. If not, you can choose a hotel with convenient transportation. Both are beneficial to your business. Then facilities provided are also an indispensable point to consider. For the business, you should choose the hotel, equipped with necessary facilities, like internet, telephone, meeting room and so on. What’s more, the entertainment facilities should also be prepared for the consumers to relax themselves after heavy business work. Last but not the least, you should also choose the hotel of proper price. The hotel with high cost performance is the best choice for you. To sum up, location, facilities provided and price are all that should be considered when selecting a hotel for travelling on business.
