答案 Cooperation Agreement To further promote the cooperation between A (Australia) and B (China), A and B have on the 28th of December, 2006 reached the following understanding: A will provide B with English language training programs of various levels. B will provide A with the practice chances for experiment training. The two parties will exchange their teachers and visiting scholars, based on the necessity of academic exchange. A and B will cooperate to establish a research institute of English teaching. This memorandum of understanding is written in both English and Chinese. Signed on the 28th of December in Hangzhou.
